Speaker Page Shortcodes

Introduction​

Shortcodes are a WordPress feature that allow you to add standard / pre-defined text to a speaker page (or any WordPress site). The Planning System (Speaker Management) has several built-in shortcodes.

Contact​

[speakers_contact]

This will output Please submit the following items by email to CPD Conference Services. with the name and email set for the individual speaker page.

"How to Submit You Presentation" Instructions Text​

[speakers_how_to_submit_quicktext]

This will output the full "How To Submit Your Presentation" instructions, including the necessary code for the filename. Make sure to set the code in the Speaker Page setup.

"Platform Orientation" Text (and link)​

[speakers_platform_orientation_text]

This will output the full two columns of text including the booking link button. Make sure to set the url in the Speaker Page setup.

"Day of Live Program" Text​

[speakers_day_live_program_text]

This will output the full two columns of text for the Day of Live program.

File Naming Code Text​

[speakers_file_code]

This will output the html similar to CODE-firstname-lastname

Conflict of Interest & Publication Release Links​

[speakers_form pr]
[speakers_form coi]

This will output either the html to link to the Publication Release (PR) or the Conflict of Interest (COI).
